WELCOME to our Orlando villa website. This superb home has 4 bedrooms (1 master with superking-sized bed, 1 queen-sized bedroom and 2 twin rooms each with 2 single beds). We can therefore accommodate up to 8 people in complete luxury and comfort. There is a large 30ft x 12ft swimming pool with spa, extended pool deck area and a games room with pool table, foosball and dart board. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge.

Located within the prestigious Highgate Park gated community 1 mile off highway 27, we are 15 minutes from Disneyland Orlando. Our villa is on a large corner plot and is ideally located to provide easy access to the major theme parks of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon and Animal Kingdom. All of these parks are only 15 minutes drive away with Interstate 4 being less than 10 minutes drive providing a fast and speedy link to Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and the many shopping malls and Premium Outlets.

Golfing communities of Highlands Reserve & Polo Park are 5 minutes drive with Champions Gate just 10 minutes away. Other excellent golf courses can be found nearby with Ridgewood Lakes, Celebration Golf Club and Falcons Fire Golf club all within 30 minutes drive.

Beach access is via Interstate 4 heading East to Daytona Beach and the NASA Headquarters at Kennedy Space Centre. The Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens in Tampa are also approximately 1 hour away heading West on Interstate 4 with the stunning Clearwater beach ( click here for live webcam ) a further 30 minutes or so after Tampa.

Alternatively, why not catch a glimpse of the real Florida by visiting the nearby Lake Louisa State Park just 10 minutes past Walmart - literally on your doorstep.
